Hello everyone.

This is the obligatory Happy 2019 post.

You probably weren’t waiting for yet another one to land in your crowded inbox.

I’m sending it anyway.

But here’s the deal: I want more for you than just happiness and health.

Just like I want more for me than that.

I don’t mean to minimize health and happiness: if I’m not healthy, I’m not happy, and when I’m not happy I’m on my way to being unhealthy.

That’s my philosophy. It keeps me on my toes.

Here’s what I wish for you (which happens to be what I want for myself):

I want you to be unabashedly, unapologetically MORE YOU in 2019 than you’ve ever been before.

I want you to make your SELF a priority, set some goals that scare you, and go for what you really want in 2019.

I want you to shake things up, do what seems impossible, do more of what lights you up and if you don’t know what that is, figure that shit out and then go do it mercilessly until it’s done.

Then I want you to figure out the next thing and go do that.

If you do, I promise you, you’ll be happy and hence healthier in every way.

Because life is too short to be conventional or complacent.

It’s too short for the same ol same ol. (You know what I mean.)

You don’t need permission from anyone to do this, and if you do I’m giving it to you now.

I’m going to follow this advice.

I did a pretty good job in 2018, but there is always room for improvement.

I accomplished alot.

2018 was an amazing year.

I was creative and crazy-productive.

I took huge risks.

I challenged myself.

I learned so fucking much. I grew in oh so many ways.

I met amazing people, made new friends, was fortunate to study with mentors who are so phenomenal the word “amazing” doesn’t do justice.

And I loved every minute of it.

All 525,600 of them.

And I’m going to do this again in 2019. Because there is no other way I choose to live.

If you are reading this, then you were part of what was an amazing year for me.

And for that, I am truly grateful.

With So. Much. Love,

xo jennifer
